KAROLA started in the field, not the boardroom—on wind-scoured sites where “high-performance” windows iced up, hinges sagged and glass seals failed long before the first warranty call.  Eighteen months: that’s how long the average builder-grade window unit last before something goes wrong—a hardware malfunction, fogged IGUs, warped frames, or leaky seals.  

We decided that wasn’t good enough for Canada.

So we built a window that doesn’t quit.
